Sautéed String Beans

• Heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan.

• Add 2-3 thinly sliced garlic gloves and sauté until light golden brown (be careful not to burn the garlic).

• Add in the cleaned cut string beans. lightly salt to taste.

• Also add in 2 small cups of hot water to help soften and cook the beans.

Once the string beans are fork tender (but still al dente) they are finished. Transfer to a plate and serve. Enjoy!
