Recipe from The Other Guy
1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 red Bermuda onion, sliced thin
1 small piece Finocchio, shaved
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt, black pepper, oregano
• In a large bowl, prepare the dressing and mix over the salad, tossing briskly until all lettuce is fully covered. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
Best served with a crusty hot loaf of Italian bread.
