The main two-storey villa features four-bedrooms and three-baths, which all receive their fair share of sunlight. There are also some original pieces from Capone, such as a black and gold Art Deco powder room, the porch, and the fireplace in the living room.

Moving past the main villa, you’ll find a 60×30-foot pool and a pool house. The pool was made so large because Capone wanted a bigger pool than that of the Biltmore Hotel, which at the time was the largest in the area.

The pool house was used by Capone’s men to keep watch. Now, along with its views, it holds a bedroom and bathroom, and offers direct access to the private beach and 100 feet of waterfront.

Down by the beach, you can enjoy your alone time by the dock after a long day of business. For Capone, legend has it that “it reminded him of the sunny shores of Italy.”
