Once you pass the guesthouse, you’ll enter the original grotto, leading you to the main property that Capone initially purchased on Biscayne Bay.  At around 6,000 square feet, it’s also been fully renovated for a clean look by MB America, which purchased the home in 2014 forArt Deco powder room, the porch, and the fireplace in the living room.

Moving past the main villa, you’ll find a 60×30-foot pool and a pool house. The pool was made so large because Capone wanted a bigger pool than that of the Biltmore Hotel, which at the time was the largest in the area.
