A woman that Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman once tried to have killed confronted the convicted druglord on Wednesday — but he couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to her tale of survival.

Andrea Velez was the only person to speak at Guzman’s sentencing before he was slapped with life plus 30 years in Brooklyn federal court.

“Today, I come here, I am a miracle of god because Mr. Guzman tried to kill me,” Velez said through a translator in court.

The former head of a modeling agency, who also worked as an assistant to one of Guzman’s cartel associates, gave no details about the would-be assassination but admitted that she’s still haunted by what happened.

“I still have nightmares from when Mr. Guzman used me as bait,” she said about a kidnap mission in Ecuador that she took part in. “Mr. Guzman offered $1 million to the Hells Angels to end my life.”

But as Velez spoke, the convicted kingpin sipped water and turned around to wave at his wife Emma Coronel Aispuro, who was in the packed gallery.

Guzman ordered the woman killed after she attempted to bribe a high-ranking law enforcement official with $10 million on his behalf — an offer the man refused.

During her time with the ruthless Sinaloa cartel, Velez said she began to think of Guzman and his cohorts as “family.”

“Perhaps I lived in my own skin, what they call Stockholm Syndrome. I was seeing a distorted image of my captors,” she said.

But she later saw a different side to the diminutive druglord when he “reminded me that if I left the organization, I could only do it in a plastic bag, feet first.”

Velez didn’t divulge details behind how she dodged death — but she made it clear she’s moved on.

“Mr. Guzman, I forgive you. I hope you can forgive me,” she said.

“You have two beautiful daughters, and you would not like to have happen to them what happened to me,” she added, referring to his young twins.
